Example

See your week before it gets busy

A useful plan leaves room for breaks and unexpected work. It should guide your week, not fill every minute.

TuesdayExample
Biology · Practice

5:30–6:15 PM

Complete cell biology practice questions

Mathematics · Learn

6:25–7:10 PM

Review quadratic equations

50 minutes remain unassigned for dinner, travel, or work that takes longer than expected.

How it works

Build a plan in three steps

Step 1

Add subjects and exam dates

Tell the planner what needs attention and when each exam happens.

Step 2

Set your available study time

Choose the periods that genuinely fit around school, work, meals, and rest.

Step 3

Edit, save, or export

Move study blocks until the plan works, then print it or add it to your calendar.

A plan you can understand

Time goes where it can help most

Closer exams get more weight

A near exam receives more study opportunities than one several weeks away.

Difficulty and focus matter

Hard subjects and subjects marked Priority receive a larger share of available time.

Your limits stay in control

The planner never schedules outside the study periods you provide.

A draft, not a verdict

Every study block stays editable. The schedule does not claim to know the best way for you to learn.

A separate place for deadlines

Plan study time, track assignments separately

The Study Planner decides when to study. The Assignment Tracker keeps assignments, projects, exams, and due dates visible.

Track assignments and exam deadlines

Study planner questions

Know what the planner does before you use it

What is a study planner?

A study planner turns the time you have into specific study blocks. This tool uses your subjects, exam dates, priorities, and available time to build a weekly draft.

How does this study planner build my schedule?

It gives more time to exams that are closer, subjects marked as difficult, and subjects you choose as a priority. It keeps some time unassigned so the week does not feel packed.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can create, edit, save, and export a plan without signing up.

Where is my study plan saved?

Your subjects, availability, and plan are saved in this browser. They are not synced to an account or another device.

Can I edit the generated plan?

Yes. Change a study block’s date, start time, duration, type, or goal. The tool checks that the new time still fits your availability.

Can I export my study schedule?

Yes. Print the plan, download a CSV file, or add the study blocks to a calendar with an ICS file.

Will the planner complete or track my assignments?

No. The planner only schedules study time. Use the Assignment Tracker to record assignments, projects, and exams.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Your saved plan may be removed. Export a copy before clearing site data or moving to another device.
