Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026

Review note: These terms describe the current MVP but should receive legal review before production launch.

Using the tools

Homework Help Secrets provides general planning tools for personal educational use. You may create study schedules, track assignments, edit local data, and export files for your own use.

Your responsibility

Check all exam dates, due dates, time zones, schedules, countdowns, and exported files before relying on them. A generated plan is an editable draft, not academic, professional, or educational advice.

No performance guarantee

The tools do not guarantee grades, exam results, admission, task completion, or academic performance. They do not complete homework or verify the academic accuracy of your notes.

Local storage and data loss

Your browser may clear local data, especially in private browsing or after storage settings change. Homework Help Secrets does not keep a cloud backup and cannot restore data stored only on your device. Export important information regularly.

Availability and compatibility

We aim to support current versions of major browsers, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Browser features, storage limits, date handling, and downloaded file behavior may vary.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the tools in ways that violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep responsibility for and rights to the information you enter and the local files you create.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Homework Help Secrets is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate input, missed deadlines, browser storage loss, device failure, exported file errors, or reliance on a generated plan.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the product changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Questions may be sent to hi@homework-help-secrets.com.
